Winter Sports Registration
Hello Teddy Nation Students & Families,
As a reminder, Winter Athletic Registration Night will be held this Wednesday, October 27th from 6pm-8pm in the Roosevelt High School MAIN GYM (located off of 30th avenue).
If you plan on attending Registration Night please complete the attached Eligibility Packet and be prepared to submit the packet with your $75 participation fee. Please note the Fee for Hockey is $240. Blank packets will be available at school if needed. Athletic Participation checks should be made payable to Roosevelt High School.
Please note, that attending Registration Night is not a requirement to play a Winter Sports. We happily accept registration packets in several different ways. Completed Eligibility packets can be dropped off at Registration Night, turned into the Athletic Office, Room 162 (Forms can be slid under door if not open), or submitted online.

Winter Sports will begin on varying dates in November and eligibility Packets are due to the Athletic Office prior to participation. Sports physicals are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance and kept on file with the athletic office.
