SUBJECT: MPS District Mandate for Non Vaccinated MPS Athletes

Per a MPS Board meeting decision made on Tuesday, November 12th, 2021,  ALL NON-Vaccinated Athletes will be REQUIRED to provide a negative COVID Test on a WEEKLY BASIS

ALL Non-Vaccinated TeddyNation Athletes are REQUIRED to show (physically or via email) a negative COVID Test EVERY THURSDAY by 11:53am.

**Test Results MUST BE SHOWN or EMAILED by 11:53am of Every Thursday of the Winter Sport Season. Failure to do so WILL RESULT in the student-athlete being INELIGIBLE, until a negative Test is provided. 

How Can I Get Tested?

• EVERY MONDAY, Vault Testing available in our School Clinic (room 143)
• EVERYDAY, Rapid Testing available in our School Clinic
• Test at own health provider, and email/bring in result

Whom Do I Show My Test Result?

• (Test Results MUST BE received/seen by 11:53am on EVERY THURSDAY of the Winter Sports Season)
• Test Results can be shown to personnel in School Clinic (Room 143
• Test Results can be shown OR emailed to School Nurse (Room 102/ Laura.Klein@mpls.k12.mn.us)
• Test Results can be shown OR emailed to Athletic Director (Room 162) adam.flanders@mpls.k12.mn.us
