Summer Fun at Teddies Tennis Fest 2025
 

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Minneapolis Roosevelt Girls & Boys Tennis Programs announce a special event to help programs fund their teams and help build our tennis community in South Minneapolis.

Teddie Tennis Fest 2025
August 2-3 and August 8

The goal of this event is to bring our community together in support of our passion for tennis.

Proceeds support the Roosevelt High School Tennis Programs.

Saturday August 2, 2025

• 8:00 - 9:30 AM, Cardio Tennis led by Christin Schumann, RSPA Elite Tennis Professional and National Cardio Tennis Trainer
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Tennis Mixer Doubles Play for Levels 3/3.5 (Register individually)
• 12:00 - 2:00 PM, Tennis Mixer Doubles Play for Levels 4+ (Register individually)

 
Sunday August 3, 2025

• 8:00 - 9:30 AM, Cardio Tennis led by Christin Schumann, RSPA Elite Tennis Professional and National Cardio Tennis Trainer
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Tennis Mixer Doubles Play for Levels 4+ (Register individually)
• 12:00 - 2:00 PM, Tennis Mixer Doubles Play for Levels 3/3.5 (Register individually)

 
Cardio Tennis is suitable for all levels of skill, Levels 3/3.5 is Intermediate. Learn more about USTA ratings.
 
Friday, August 8, 2025 - Teddies Tennis Fest at the Lake Hiawatha Park Festival
4:00 - 8:00 PM

• Games & Prizes!
• Badminton
• Red Ball Tennis, a more social form of tennis (Red balls bounce lower and move more slowly)
• Hiawatha Neighborhood fest will also have food trucks, live music, bounce house, arts & crafts

Tickets for events on August 2-3 are $25.

• Purchase your ticket to participate with the "Donate and Tickets" button at the top right of this screen.
• Tickets are non-refundable donations to the tennis program.
• Participation in August 8 event is free.

Advertise at Teddies Tennis Fest by Becoming an Event Sponsor!
Choose from three sponsorship levels:

• $100 and your logo will be on the event shirt, 
• $150 and your logo will be on the event shirt and banner
• $200 sponsors the participation of two student athletes in addition to logo being on event shirt and banner. 
• Purchase a sponsorship "ticket" to share your support
