MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Minneapolis Roosevelt Student Athlete Leadership Team participated in this year’s Minnesota State High School League Leadership 4.0 Conference, the fourth conference for this event.

The Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Leadership 4.0 Conference, part of the "Together in Partnership" initiative, is a pivotal event dedicated to cultivating leadership skills among high school students involved in athletics and fine arts across the state. Organized and powered by the MSHSL's Student Advisory and Leadership Team (SALT), these regional conferences serve as dynamic forums where students unite to develop their leadership abilities, forge valuable connections, and champion positive change within their school communities.

Rather than a single event, the Leadership 4.0 initiative takes the form of regional conferences held at several locations throughout Minnesota. This distributed approach ensures accessibility and encourages student leaders from diverse geographic areas to connect and share perspectives.
